“Go to hospital”?
“Go to hospital”
“Go to hospital”
“Go to hospital”
你要go to hospital的時候,
see a doctor 看醫(yī)生
go to a doctor 看醫(yī)生
例:
I'll see a doctor on Monday.
go to hospital和go to the hospital千萬別混淆
The difference is that “go to hospital” means that you are or will be a patient in the hospital.
“Go to the hospital” means that you are not a patient. You are going there for some other reason.
“Go to the hospital”就不含有你是病人的意思。
So, “he had to go to hospital” means he was admitted as a patient there, and “he had to go to the hospital” means that he was there in some other capacity than as a patient, as in “He had to go to the hospital to pick up his mother , who is being released.”
所以,“he had to go to hospital”這句話就含有他是這個醫(yī)院被確診的病人的意思,“he had to go to the hospital”則意味著他以病人以外的其他身份在那里,就跟這句話“He had to go to the hospital to pick up his mother , who is being released.”(他得去醫(yī)院接他要出院的母親。)似的。
